Birth control is a branch of what is known as population control. Population control is the current ongoing practice of altering the rate of local or international growth. Those alterations can come in the means of biological and chemical warfare or a simple confined virus maintained to destroy a small city. Whatever the means are, population control is a tool use by the governments to control growth. Perhaps, some of us wouldn’t mind the government killing our elderly, children, or handicap in the name of better future, but I happen to care about this. Below are a few quotes worthy of consideration.
“The United Nation’s goal is to reduce population selectively by encouraging abortion, forced sterilization, and control of human reproduction, and regards two-thirds of the human population as excess baggage, with 350,000 people to be eliminated per day.”
– Jacques Cousteau, UNESCO Courier, Nov. 1991
“It’s terrible to have to say this. World population must be stabilized and to do that we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. This is so horrible to contemplate that we shouldn’t even say it. “ – Jacques Cousteau, UNESCO Courier, Nov. 1994.
We must alert and organise the world’s people to pressure world leaders to take specific steps to solve the two root causes of our environmental crises – exploding population growth and wasteful consumption of irreplaceable resources. Overconsumption and overpopulation underlie every environmental problem we face today. — Jacques-Yves Cousteau
“Childbearing [should be] a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license … All potential parents [should be] required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing.”– David Brower – first Executive Director of the Sierra Club; founder of Friends of the Earth; and founder of the Earth Island Insitute – quoted by Dixie Lee Ray, Trashing the Planet, p.166)
“A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.”
— Ted Turner – CNN founder and UN supporter – quoted in the The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor, June ’96
“Instead of controlling the environment for the benefit of the population, maybe we should control the population to ensure the survival of our environment”.— Sir David Attenborough
